Meticulous 300–point inspections are conducted before and after every reservation, with each residence modernly furnished with state-of-the-art appliances.
Guest enjoy resting on 680-1800 thread count supima and egyptian cotton sheets, warming their bodies with genuine luxury brand down comforters as well as genuine down alternatives.. As an environmentally conscious company, we provide bath and body amenities from highly favored brands.

Our local team of professional host's will attend to all guest requests and provide an exceptional service throughout our guests journey with New Wave Stays.
Once a reservation is confirmed, our Guest Relations team will contact guests to offer any assistance they may need prior to their arrival. Upon arrival, a private concierge will be there welcoming them to their luxury vacation rental.
Our local team is not only intimately familiar with all our residences, but with our beautiful cities as well. We all live, work and play in the servicing area, which enables us to assist guest with any of their requests.

This apartment was the perfect apartment for my trip with my family and friends. right around the corner from the subway entrance and right around the corner from many fun adventures. Sarah was very helpful, she met me when we arrived to show me around the apartment. She responded to any text I sent her throughout the trip and was very nice. The place was very clean and well put together. Great place to stay!

This was a wonderful stay for me and my parents. It's a modern building with an elevator and air conditioning in each room and the street-facing windows were very effective in blocking out noise.
Sarah, the host, met us, walked us through the apartment, and was available throughout our stay to answer questions.
The apartment is walking distance to Broadway and Columbus Circle and easy to navigate the City. Would definitely try to stay here again if traveling with family.
